BlackMill Games, the studio behind the acclaimed WW1 Game Series, has unveiled Gallipoli, the next major entry in its historically authentic first-person shooter saga. The game takes players to one of the most overlooked yet dramatic theaters of World War I: the Middle Eastern Front. Scheduled for release on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, the experience promises intense battles and the most immersive portrayal of the conflict yet.

From the windswept beaches of the Dardanelles to the scorching deserts of Mesopotamia, the game delivers the most intense depiction the series has ever seen. Players will fight across beaches, clash in ruined cities swept by sandstorms, or engage in desert warfare to capture and defend strategic positions, choosing to fight as either the British Empire or the Ottoman Empire.

"With Gallipoli, we're highlighting a front that's often overlooked, despite its importance," said Jos Hoebe, founder of BlackMill Games. "Others have explored it before, but this game lets us go deeper, offering a more accurate and complete portrayal in line with the rest of the WW1 Game Series."

Framed as a new front in the Great War, the title expands the scope of the series by introducing a dramatic shift in setting, tactics, and terrain. Inspired by the historical campaigns of Gallipoli and Mesopotamia, it offers the most diverse battlefield yet.

Key features include authentic World War I battles with historically accurate maps, weapons, music, and uniforms; varied Middle Eastern settings ranging from coastal dunes to arid deserts and urban landscapes; and realistic combat featuring detailed weaponry, suppressive fire, and dust. The game emphasizes squad-based multiplayer FPS, with distinct classes and crossplay between PC and consoles. AI bots will join public matches and can also be added to custom games, ensuring no battle is ever fought alone.

"More than a battle, it's a campaign." With this motto, the studio positions Gallipoli as the fourth standalone title in the series, following Verdun, Tannenberg, and Isonzo. Each entry highlights a different front of the war, delivering authentic and tactically grounded FPS gameplay that encourages teamwork.

This time, the series moves beyond the trenches and Alpine warfare of Europe to spotlight the lesser-known Middle Eastern campaigns. The game seeks to capture not only the strategic ambitions of the Allied and Ottoman forces but also the sacrifice of the soldiers who fought far from home under extreme conditions.
