The demo for Outcast Tales is now available on Steam, introducing a tactical RPG adventure focused on team building and relationships between characters. Developed by Hardlane Studio and published by Inner Pocket, the game takes players into a post-apocalyptic setting filled with dangers, opportunities, and unexpected situations, as three adventurers are selected from a larger pool of characters with different traits.

Team composition plays a central role in the experience, as each character combines unique abilities with distinct personalities that influence both combat performance and interactions within the group. Different combinations allow players to create unconventional parties, such as a scholarly yet brutal character or a pacifist bounty hunter accompanied by an animal that seems to completely ignore its owner's principles.

Encounters with robots, raiders, and mutants take place through tactical turn-based battles, where the choice of party members and the development of their abilities can determine the outcome of each fight. Upgradable attacks and abilities expand the strategic possibilities, encouraging players to experiment with different formations in search of combinations capable of creating more effective synergies during combat.
