Last Night, Last Call was revealed with a new trailer showcasing the first details of Rogueside’s latest project, expanding the world of Best Served Cold with a concept that blends investigation and interactive storytelling. In the game, players take on the role of a bartender who uses cocktails as a tool to gain customers’ trust, extract information, and connect clues across a series of crimes.
Set in an alternate version of Europe after the end of the Great War, the title places the protagonist face to face with a past he believed he had left behind. A former private investigator, he tries to rebuild his life by opening his own bar in the city of Bukovie, but is drawn back into the underworld of crime when the murder of an old friend turns his world upside down.
The narrative unfolds through five brand new murder cases, where players must combine logical thinking, social skills, and keen observation to identify the culprit. The core mechanic revolves around serving strategic drinks to encourage customers to reveal more than they should, uncovering secrets that help piece together each case.
Throughout the journey, players will interact with 22 unique characters, forming relationships that range from friendship and rivalry to even romance. Each interaction deepens the investigation, offering new perspectives and narrative paths that can directly influence the outcome of the cases.
Although it is a standalone sequel, the experience is designed to welcome both newcomers and returning players, who will recognize familiar faces throughout the story. With an immersive atmosphere and a strong focus on player choice, the game invites players to dive into intense nights where every decision may be crucial in uncovering the truth.
