The tactical creature-collecting RPG The Sky Project: Land of Noris, developed by Enthariel Games, reached its Kickstarter crowdfunding goal in just three hours. The campaign has already surpassed 150% of its initial funding target and remains open until November 12, 2026, at 11:58 UTC, with additional stretch goals available to unlock. The result highlights the interest generated by the game's concept, which combines exploration, creature management and strategic combat in a fantasy universe.

Featuring entirely hand-drawn 2D artwork, the adventure takes place in a vertical world divided into four vast planes, filled with cities, villages, sprawling metropolises and dangerous dungeons. The narrative follows Kael, a celestial being who has lived in harmony with Aeris for centuries, never experiencing fear, pain or uncertainty. When Aeris disappears, the search for their companion takes the protagonist beyond the boundaries of Celestia, setting the stage for a journey shaped by mysteries and alliances with magical creatures.

The progression system revolves around the Noris, more than 200 creatures that can be recruited through contracts and customized with level-up choices, evolutions and over 300 available abilities. Combining these elements allows players to develop different strategies and establish synergies between team members, expanding their tactical options during encounters.

Combat takes place in turn-based 3v3 battles, where every decision can permanently affect the team's composition. The inclusion of permadeath mechanics raises the stakes of each encounter, requiring careful management of a shared mana pool and the effective use of each creature's abilities. Relics and other items collected throughout the adventure can also significantly alter combat strategies.

Exploration spans more than 250 non-playable characters spread across regions shaped by over 2,000 years of history. Throughout the journey, players will also face five major bosses and ancient entities, while discovering legendary Noris and rare alternate-color variants. Consumables, capture scrolls and other resources further expand the collection system and provide additional ways to prepare for upcoming challenges.

Enthariel Games has also made a public playtest available on Steam, allowing interested players to experience the game while its crowdfunding campaign remains active. According to the developer, the project is being created entirely by humans, with no artificial intelligence used in its development.
